Some time back Ed Hild asked me to co-author the 2010 update to his Office and SharePoint 2007 book Pro SharePoint  2007 Solution Development.  Since one of the items on my bucket list is to author a book I jumped at the chance.  Well, we are coming to the final stages and it has definitely been more work than I had expected (and I only wrote 4 of the chapters) but well worth it.  I believe we have come up with a great read packed full of real world solutions.  The format is the same as what Ed used for his first book; each chapter walks the reader through a complete solution from start to finish based on scenarios we have encountered with our enterprise customers.  I plan to post some of the more interesting snippets here as we complete the final updates for RTM so stay tuned…and you can grab a copy of the book here.
